Search across technical disciplines

Explore software, data, security, IT, hardware and more, across industries and levels. Filter location, remote work, seniority and advertised pay. Unlisted information stays unknown.

Keep your shortlist private

Save jobs and searches, dismiss listings and restore them later. Compare listed skills with your experience bank only when you opt in. Your bank stays private.

Prepare when you choose

Open a held application draft in your workspace. Returning to the same job keeps your edits. Paid tailoring draws on your bank. Copy your materials and apply on the employer site.

Browse jobs or check where jobs come from. Saving and matching never submit an application.

Keep your experience ready for each application.

Your experience bank holds roles, projects, achievements, stories and skills, with a notebook for source-reviewed notes. Keep and export it for free. Paid preparation uses the facts you approve to draft materials you can edit.

Start from your resume

Import a PDF or Word resume, review the organized roles and details, then save them to your bank.

Add what your resume leaves out

Add roles, projects and skills, or write and paste notes in your notebook. Review the source passages and approve the facts you want to use.

A resume for each job

For each job, OpenJobs picks and rewords the lines that job asks for. Your roles, titles and dates stay as they are.

Answers from your stories

Paste the actual questions from the employer form. Paid preparation drafts answers from your approved experience. Edit and copy the answers you want to use.

Keep the facts accurate

Check every prepared line against your approved bank entries. Keep your titles, dates and numbers accurate, and correct any unsupported claim before using it.

You apply on the employer site

Review and edit the prepared material, copy your answers, and download your resume. Complete the application yourself on the employer site.

Recruiter replies for existing legacy subscriptions.

Existing legacy subscriptions can connect Gmail to review recruiter drafts and approve replies separately. This email feature is not included in the Prepare or Daily application-pack allowance.

  1. OpenJobs sorts the inbox.

It reads recruiter email in your Gmail without marking anything read, and sorts each message as a role pitch, a screening, scheduling or a rejection.

  2. OpenJobs drafts the reply.

Each draft uses your salary range, your start date and the experience bank entries that match the role.

  3. You approve it.

The reply is sent in the same Gmail thread after you approve it. You can undo it for 10 seconds.

Questions

What can I do for free?

Browse technical jobs across industries, levels and locations. Sign in to keep a private experience bank, preferences, saved jobs and searches, drafts and exports. Unknown salary or seniority stays unknown.

Does saving a job apply for me?

No. Saving and searching never create or submit an application. Prepare creates your own held draft. Preparing the same job again preserves your edits. You copy the material and apply manually on the employer site.

What is the experience bank?

A private notebook for your career, with an organized view of roles, skills and projects. Import a resume or paste notes, then review and approve facts beside their source passages. Keep contact details and work authorization in your profile, and job preferences in search settings.

Can tailoring invent experience?

Preparation uses approved bank facts and source references. Unsupported numbers, skills or role claims can be refused, but automated checks can miss errors. Read and correct every output before using it.

What is in a preparation pack?

A tailored resume and answers to the actual application questions you collected. A job description does not reveal every form question. Paste gated or conditional questions, and check for additional fields when you apply.

Does OpenJobs submit applications?

No. The current product prepares copyable materials and links to the original employer destination. You complete and submit the form yourself. Recruiter email is a separate optional feature for existing legacy subscriptions, with its own approval and undo flow.

Do I always get ten recommendations?

No. Daily returns up to ten strong unique new matches per day. Catalog coverage and your filters may produce fewer or none; unrelated jobs are never added to fill a quota.

Does editing or copying spend a pack?

No. Copy, manual edits, downloads and retrieving the same prepared version are free. A successful new generation consumes a pack within your plan allowance and model budget.

What about my existing subscription?

Legacy subscriptions keep their existing prices and entitlements. They are not silently converted into Prepare or Daily. Your billing settings show your actual plan and available offers.
